If you are flying Alaska Airlines you can help rescue dogs get to Agave Dogs Rescue from Mexico. Dogs only fly out of Cabo San Lucas Airport. Being a flight escort does not cost you anything and our volunteers do the majority of the work. We meet you at the airport prior to your flight departing Mexico and get the dogs checked in for you. After your arrival at the Portland airport, our volunteers pick up the dogs. Once you talk with our volunteer that coordinates the flight escorts, simply call Alaska Airlines to request the number of crates you wish to add to your reservation. It is up to you on how many dogs you choose to escort. This is a life saving volunteer opportunity and we are so excited you are considering it!
